I hope they do not set the next game in Hammerfell (Redguard country). The prior for obvious reasons, and the latter because I don't like to play as lizard or cat men. I prefer not to think about fantasy game races in relation to real life ones (Altmer mages are pretty darn fun), but I tend to ignore the Redguards and beast races. So for me I think the Thalmor will play a larger part in the new Elder Scrolls than the Blades.

Considering that the Elves have a large part in the story of Skyrim since the Great War, they should in theory have a large part in this next one too. Redguards are like a North African/Persian culture mix.
